The meeting was opened at 6:28 p.m. Mr. Feldman gave an update on 21E Site Assessment work being done on the Plymouth County Hospital Property in Hanson.  He reported that a preliminary Phase I was done on 3 houses at High Street; investigation made of the entire property and now awaiting lab reports on additional testing done at certain landfill sites.  The initial report was given to Hanson and Mr. Nugent carried report back to Hanson.

Commissioners awaiting final lab reports and estimates to remove contaminants (surface variety) at sites.  Commissioner Stone noted that several “landfills” were actually illegal construction matter dumps by unknowns.  No borings to be done - final report to be sent to Hanson.  Related question and answer period occurred.  Commissioners apologized for not having had all matters sent as promised at last meeting.  However, willing to continue further discussions including price.

Selectmen Jones requested that the Commissioners and Selectmen only enter Executive Session to discuss purchase price.  Jones noted that he had alerted Mr. Dahlberg to this likelihood.
